…..another variation to my vegan chocolate truffle recipe (see May 14, 2011 entry)
Gracious Living Vegan Peanut Butter Pieces:
Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 cups raw cacao powder ( or at least unsweetened cacao powder)
- 2 tbsp all natural organic peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, all natural honey, or organic agave syrup
- 1 -2 tsp chia seeds
mix into a paste either in a bowl, or food processor if you have one, but it’s not necessary.
roll into balls, arrange on a plate or in a container, and cover and store in freezer. that’s it!!!
I taught my 2 little Bahamian friends, Gabby & Dominique, how to make Gracious Living Vegan Peanut Butter Pieces…..simple enough even for children and they love doing it !
