Just ordered some maca powder to make this recipe. Can I use Almond milk instead of Hazelnut milk?! Or is there some nutrient specific to hazelnut that i miss on otherwise.
Almond milk will work great…I was trying to emulate a “nutella” flavour and do something different! let me know how you like it!
Grace, When in the “tropics” of say, Nicaragua, do you use Coconut Oil on your skin (I use it as an eye cream sometimes and on my legs) and/or your hair? I’m thinking that it may be to hot and therefore Oily to use on my skin (running off) and hair (attracting bugs! Yikes!) when I come to do the Ometepe Retreat with you and Randi Smith in a few days… Thoughts?
Hi Shauna, I use coconut oil all the time here on my face, body, hair. it soaks right in and i have never had a problem. see you SOON!
